Therefore, other methods are needed to assist the feeding distance accuracy, which requires our guide pin.

The guide pin is mainly used on the continuous die to precisely position the strip to ensure the shape of the part and the position and size of the inner hole. The guide pin is installed on the blanking punch. Before blanking, the lead nail first enters the punched hole, aligns the relative position of the hole and the shape, and then blanks the material, so that the error of the feeding step can be eliminated, and the accurate positioning can be achieved.
