1. 2. The movement direction of the top of the piston rod pressing the workpiece must be parallel to the piston rod; the contact surface of the workpiece on the top of the piston rod should be perpendicular to the axis of the piston rod, and eccentric load is not allowed.
3. In theory, the production stroke S of the die gas spring can be fully utilized. In actual use, we recommend using the full stroke to prevent the nitrogen gas spring from being overloaded due to mold replacement or other reasons exceeding the stroke. It is recommended to use 90% of the stroke S.
4. It is strictly forbidden to place the nitrogen gas spring in the environment of exposure and high heat source, and the maximum allowable temperature is +80℃. (Of course, except for the special high temperature resistant nitrogen gas spring)
5. The nitrogen gas spring cannot be disassembled at will. Maintenance requires professional personnel to complete.
